Please find an itinerary below for the LUSCR dinner weekend – if you’ve not yet purchased your tickets please be aware that the last day we can accept cheque payment is FRIDAY 10th FEBRUARY.

Friday 17th February

18:00-19:00 St Francis Xavier Practice
19:30-21:00 St Nicholas Pier Head Practice

Drinking in The Lion on Chapel Street from early evening onwards!

Saturday 18th February

During the day some quarter peals are being arranged for LUSCR members and friends – I’ve had 12 people express interest in ringing so far, if you wish to be included please let me know asap.

THERE WILL BE NO TOUR ON DINNER DAY.

18:00 for 18:30 Annual Dinner at Liverpool Adelphi Hotel, Crosby Suite. There will be real ale, 3 course meal and a Ceidlih band for dancing.

Sunday 19th February

11:30-12:30 Society AGM at The Pilgrim on Pilgrim Street, in the Upstairs Room. This area will be available for our exclusive use from 11:00-13:30.

If you have any items for the agenda please let me know by no later than Wednesday 15th February.

13:30-15:00 Liverpool Cathedral Ringing.

The LUSCR dinner for 2012 is being held at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool on Saturday 18th February 2012 at 1800 for 1830.

The meal will be in the Crosby and Sefton Suites and the address of the hotel address is

Tickets are £32 each, and are available now!

Cheques made payable to “Liverpool Universities Society of Change Ringers” should be sent, with details of dietary requirements, to Mrs R Craddock 104 Banks Road, Garston Liverpool L19 8JZ. Payment can also be made by bank transfer, please contact the Treasurer treasurer@luscr.org.uk to request the details.
